Ronan Kilbane

Ronan is an audit partner with RBK and head of their Charity and Not For Profit Division.

He acts for a number of the firms large charity and not-for-profit clients providing both statutory audit services and internal audit services which encompass governance and internal controls reviews. Ronan has also spent some time abroad in Australia where he worked on a number of high profile charities including Edmund Rice Education Australia, Children’s Cancer Institute, Australian Council on Healthcare Standards and Link Housing (one of the oldest not-for-profit community housing providers in NSW).

Ronan is a fellow member of Chartered Accountants Ireland and holds a degree in International Commerce with French (Hons) from UCD. Ronan joined RBK in 2006 having worked in PWC for a number of years and having trained in Grant Thornton.

Michelle O'Donoghue

Michelle is a Director within RBK’s audit and assurance department and her core expertise is with Charities/Not for Profit organisations and regulated entities.

Michelle has responsibility for leading out a number of services including statutory audit, internal audit, outsourced risk and compliance services and governance reviews.

She regularly provides training to our clients in the areas of risk management and governance including effective Board reporting.
