The session provides an overview of the Dignity at Work and Prevention in the Workplace.

It covers recent changes in the Code of Practice for Employers and Employees on the Prevention and Resolution of Bullying at Work Order 2020 as organisations have legal obligations to ensure dignity at work for employees.

The consequences of not doing so can result in increased costs, absenteeism, reduced morale and productivity. Compromising an employee’s dignity can have detrimental effects on individuals - as well as entire teams and the reputation of a whole organisation in general.

Given today's working environment, we are communicating and working differently, and it is all more reason for us to ensure dignity and respect for employees.

  • Dignity at Work and the Legal Framework
  • Knowing who can be a perpetrator of Bullying, Harassment and Sexual Harassment
  • Describing Bullying, Harassment and Sexual Harassment
  • The roles and responsibilities people have in Dignity at Work and its Prevention in the Workplace
  • The process in dealing with a Dignity at Work complaint and the stages involved
