Cathal Jenkinson
Cathal is an Assistant Principal Officer in Revenue’s Personal Division, Service to Support Compliance Self-Assessed Business Taxes & Capital Acquisitions Taxes Branch. He manages a multi-functional team with responsibility for facilitating compliance across a number of engagement channels, complex tax appeals and specific project work. Prior to joining this Branch, Cathal worked as an auditor in Revenue’s Medium Enterprise Division in the IT, Science and Finance area.

Daire joined Brewin Dolphin in 2015, having previously worked with Bank of Ireland and US Bank. Daire is a member of the Wealth Governance Committee and Investment Committee.
He also Chairs the Stewardship Committee. He has an honours degree in Business & Economics and Masters in Finance from Trinity College.
He is a qualified accountant (FCCA) and a CFA® charter holder.

Ian is a member of Brewin Dolphin Ireland’s Executive Committee and has been working with private clients in Ireland for over 15 years.
Prior to joining Brewin Dolphin, Ian led Investec Wealth and Investment (IW&I)’s Investment Strategy team in Ireland and was a member of IW&I’s UK Asset Allocation Committee and Global Investment Strategy Group.
Ian has a Degree in Economics from Trinity College and a Masters in Finance from the Smurfit Business School. Ian is a regular contributor to Newstalk, RTE & Sky News.

Brian Hogan
Brian has been with PricewaterhouseCoopers since 2002. He is a Senior Tax Manager in the firm’s South East Tax Practice with responsibility for the VAT team.
He has advised and delivered solutions to private individuals and companies on numerous VAT issues including compliance, property, business transfers and cross border related transactions.
Brian has also worked closely with numerous Public Bodies advising in relation to VAT, RCT and assisting with Revenue enquiries. He also has extensive experience dealing with Revenue on audits, queries, disclosures and negotiations.
Brian spent a number of years providing lectures on VAT for the Irish Payroll Association and has also been involved in education for the Irish Taxation Institute.

Amanda Jayne Comyn
Amanda works with Circulo and is a Barrister-at-law and a Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA).
She has extensive experience in the field of tax having worked in leading legal firms and large accountancy practices, mostly recently as a tax partner with Philip Lee and prior to that as tax director with Grant Thornton.
