Course Details

The economic shock from the global pandemic accelerated the Irish government's plans to introduce a new restructuring process for SMEs: the SCARP process. This new process has just gone live.

The serious economic impact now likely from the tragic events in Ukraine only re-enforces the importance of practitioners being familiar with how this new process will work, for any of their clients that will need it.

In this session Neil Hughes & Eoin Healy cover the following:

  • What is SCARP?
  • Who is Eligible?
  • SCARP vs Examinership
  • “Tips and Traps”
