Alice Murphy

Alice is a Partner on our Corporate team, specialising in Charities & Not-for-Profit. Alice advises well-known international charities, Ireland’s principal national charities, and many local organisations including not-for-profit bodies on all their legal and governance requirements.

Alice’s market leading practice includes working across the broad charity sector where she advises major housing charities, Ireland’s leading healthcare providers and many education bodies from primary to third level. She also advises the majority of Ireland’s many Religious Orders and Congregations, as well as for the Roman Catholic Hierarchy and its Dioceses, other denominations, and other faiths. Alice specialises in helping charities navigate the legal and regulatory framework successfully, so that they can focus on their mission and service delivery to beneficiaries. She provides strategic advice to charities and not-for-profits, to enable them to plan future service delivery, expansions and restructures, depending on the needs of their sector.
