David has over 18 years' experience in Big 4 and Top 10 firms advising on corporate tax advisory, M&A transactions and private client advice for private businesses and their owners. He has a particular interest in the interaction of tax and legal issues as well as the impact of specific and general anti-avoidance legislation.
