Jemma Fairclough-Haynes

Jemma Fairclough-Haynes is an International Keynote Public Speaker and CEO of the multi-global-award-winning business Orchard Employment Law. Jemma has developed her company to deliver clear and uncomplicated advice and support to SMEs across the UK.

Along with running a successful business, Jemma is also an FSB Area Lead for the Southeast, former Co-host of the business radio show Bunker Xtra, and frequently appears in national media outlets including the BBC, ITV, GB News, Times radio and Unleash.

With over a decade of experience in Employment Law and seven years as a business owner, Jemma has represented businesses of various sizes in employment tribunals across the UK in many different types of claims; her long list of experience has led to her acquiring several prestigious awards, the latest being a finalist in the Woman of Stature Global Awards 2022 for Entrepreneur of The Year. Jemma is a dynamic speaker who takes the bore out of Law. Her presentations have been described as "eye-opening", "interesting, and "refreshing", and she has presented across the globe to audiences as large as 4,000.

Jemma is a great believer in pragmatism and seeks to provide HR and Employment Law support at an early stage.
