This session is an informative session that looks at the practical tax issues that arise in the typical M&A Landscape for SMEs.  The session is aimed at looking at each of the different stages of an M&A transaction and the legal process and legal documentation that is involved in these transactions and how and when input from other advisers is critical in the process.   It is a given that every adviser will be involved in an M&A process with a client during their career and it is useful to understand the flow of the transaction process and the issues that arise at each of the different stages.
