In this course we  look at not only how accounting firms are valued but what are the key drivers in getting the best possible value. We look at the practicalities of incorporating your firm along with the pitfalls and opportunities in selling goodwill and acquiring other firms.

 The main focus of this course is to look at how the goodwill of Irish accounting firms is valued. We will bring you through our 5 part valuation model giving you an understanding of how your firm is valued in the current and future markets

 There are still large numbers of Irish accountants who for various reasons have not incorporated their firms. We will dispel some of the misconceptions and myths and walk through the incorporation process.
 
 When it comes to selling your firm or buying a firm there are lots of challenges but lots of simple steps you can take to optimise the transaction for everyone involved. Whether you are a current buyer or seller or whether long term succession is only coming on your horizon we will share what can you do today to optimise the value of your firm.
