Ciarán has worked in a variety of consultancy and industry roles, always in the areas of customs, international trade, export controls and excise. Ciarán started his career in the Customs and International Trade team at PwC. He then went on to work with the Global Trade team at EY as a Manager, working on large multijurisdictional projects focused on cost optimisation and supply chain efficiency.
Following his time in consultancy, Ciarán moved on to lead the Customs and International Trade function at a leading US Tech Multinational for the Europe, Middle East and Africa region. His last role before joining Across Borders Consulting Limited was with Aptiv, a market leading company in the area of automotive components manufacturing. Ciarán led the Global Trade team at Aptiv.
Ciarán has experience advising companies, internally and as a consultant on a wide variety of customs and international trade topics. He has been involved in the development of Customs and International Trade programs for a wide variety of companies, as both a consultant and in-house resource.
